What is soul fragmentation?


Healing comes in many different forms and can be triggered by a multitude of circumstances, grief of a losing a loved one, depression, addiction of substances and unbearable suffering but sometimes it can be a personal choice of changing your mindset and looking on the brighter side of things and the hope for a better future. From what I know about my personal healing process is that most of the time, if not 100% of the time suffering is caused by unresolved trauma from our childhood. When we experience traumatic events there is a certain process that happens which is called soul fragmentation. What is soul fragmentation? It is a process where a part of our soul essence separates from ourselves and is left in past experiences, which I like to call the movie reel. This happens to disassociate from the full impact of the suffering, pain and shock of the experience. After soul fragmentation happens we are left with feeling incomplete and empty. Feelings that can arise from not integrating these experiences into lessons or learning opportunities can show up as, feeling lost, depression, anxiety, loss of interest in activities that once brought you joy, your creative nature, people pleasing or seeking of approval from others, self loathing and feelings of not being good enough, a sense of unworthiness, auto-immune deficiencies and illnesses, post traumatic stress disorder, addictions or escapist tendencies, lack of motivation or desire, invasive thoughts and reoccurring dreams or insomnia. The list can go on. How can I retrieve the parts of my soul that are lost in the past? Many people say that you require a shaman or a practitioner that specializes in this type of work, however it can be done in the comfort of your own home using your own techniques. If you feel guided to have someone who is educated in soul retrieval to assist you or simply do what you feel guided to do. Use your own discernment in finding the right guide to help you with your journey. For self work you can use any of these tools to help bring you into a relaxed state of consciousness and to create a sacred space for this healing ceremony. *You can smudge your space using a blend of white sage, palo santo and mugwart or you can use an incense of your choice that brings you a sense of peace and calming (I use rose as it is a flower linked to the divine and only the highest vibrational beings can come though as guides to assist you with your soul retrieval) *Light a candle, this represents the divine and your own inner essence. *Fill a bowl full of water and salt and place it by your side. Water symbolizes our emotions and is also a powerful tool for purification, the salt acts as a grounding technique as well as adding another element of purification which will double the effects. *Call on God, the divine, the angels, your ancestors, the creator, Jesus (Yeshua), Allah or whoever your almighty is to assist you in this act of divination. *Say a prayer and set your intention for the highest and best possible outcome for your soul retrieval, ask for protection and guidance as you venture back into the past to find the pieces of you that have been lost and are looking for their way home. *Play calming music that brings you into a present state of awareness, rainstorms, angel tones, ocean soundscapes, 528hz frequencies of binaural beats. Use your own technique to bring you into a present state of awareness, place your right hand on your stomach and the left hand on your heart space, allow your breathing to slow and use a 3 second pace for breathing In and out, If you feel guided to go slower then listen to your inner guidance. As you breath in and out focus on the beat of your heart, how does it feel? What sensations come up when you feel into the beat. Do you feel light, heavy, anxious, does the beat feel strong or does it tremor? As you sink into this state of awareness, take yourself back to the times when you felt abandoned, frightened, hurt or betrayed. How old were you? What do you sense? Now as you see yourself as the child you were, what do you see from a third person perspective? Are you crying, maybe you see yourself in the fetal position scared and unable to move. Approach your inner child and call out your name either internally or out loud, how do you respond? Do you feel relieved, do you feel found? Ask your inner child what it is feeling, what needs to be heard, how would you assist yourself if you were the parent in this situation? Maybe you need a hug, maybe what you need is to be to be validated, maybe your tired and need to be carried home. Acknowledge what you feel in this moment, cry tears of relief if you need, let the emotion flow as it if just energy in motion. Look at your inner child now, what do you see? How do you feel? What sensations are you experiencing? Ask yourself to come home, affirm to yourself that you are safe, tell yourself that you are loved, acknowledge to yourself that you are wanted, appreciated and important. As you feel your experience integrating into your present state of being, envision a brilliant bright white light showering your body, cleansing your soul of the heaviness you've been carrying for so long. Feel a sense of peace wash over you as you give gratitude to this experience that has brought you so much wisdom, from now on you have the knowledge to heal your trauma and to transmute it into higher states of consciousness. Congratulations, you're finally home.
